The cave-style architecture was visually fine and created a unique atmosphere.
The cold water in the shower was never fixed despite multiple requests.

This hotel was good looking in every respect, had pretty friendly staff from the porter to the rest of the venue staff. Enjoyed the room where the air con had been repaired, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The total stay was very nice on a Flinstone's visit. Its location was stunning, down to the beach.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities. More options would be great.

The rooms and the design of the hotel are truly exceptional. We had a swim-up room with direct access to the pool, which is recommended.
Unfortunately, the food was an absolute disaster. There was the same thing every night: Rice, potatoes, chicken and overcooked vegetables. The few dishes were then also still cold. Cups were never available. Gin that was poured out was also used for cleaning. On the third day I had a very bad stomach ache. Beach ain't pretty.

The hotel was unique, and clean, and the location was stunning near the beach. Immaculately clean room with a seaview, we appreciated it.

The unique cave-themed hotel offers immaculate cleanliness and friendly staff. Though the beach needs improvement and the food could be more varied, overall, the ambiance is good and relaxing. Perfect for those seeking peace away from the energetic nightlife, as it misses the vibrant activities some might expect.

Unique vibe but needs polish
The design is really cool, like staying in a cave! Jackleen at the desk was super friendly and helped a lot. The food was decent, but drinks came in plastic cups until we tipped. The room was kinda dirty when we got there, too, a letdown. The outdoor dining area was nice though!

It's just a nice choice for a passing visit in Hurghada with good value. The pools were nice, but some sunbeds were broken. Bring your own cash since the card machine rarely works.
